The role manages participant caseloads, supports job retention and economic self-sufficiency, and collaborates with leadership to improve program quality and compliance.

Lead enterprise quality engineering strategy and test automation for cloud-native and legacy platforms. Build scalable frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber), embed continuous testing in CI/CD, mentor QA teams, ensure resiliency, and support compliance and risk initiatives.

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, defining testing strategies and improving processes for fintech products, ensuring quality and compliance.
