Perform onsite OSV audits to evaluate process effectiveness, operator competency, and part conformity. Sample inspect parts, provide technical guidance on drawings, fixtures, gaging and test equipment, support training, statistical control charting, problem-solving, and report improvements to engineering and management.

Test and validate mortgage software by writing and executing manual and API test cases, logging defects in Jira, running SQL/MV queries, reviewing logs (Graylog, Sentry), and performing after-hours production validation as needed.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure product quality for Pro AV products through testing, evaluation, process management, and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include documentation, troubleshooting, audits, and leading quality initiatives.
