First-point-of-contact Tier 1 analyst providing phone/email/ticket support for hardware, software, networking, printing, AV, VoIP, Active Directory, Windows Server and VMware. Manage AutoTask tickets, perform basic installs/patches, onboard users and spin up VMs, escalate complex issues, maintain documentation and the internal knowledge base, and keep clients updated on ticket status.

Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and data analysis to improve business processes. Lead change management, user readiness, UAT/testing, training, and documentation for software implementations. Develop reports, process maps, SOPs, and enablement materials while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage and optimize servers, networks, virtualization, databases, and cloud services to ensure maximum uptime and security. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis, maintain system documentation and compliance, support ERP and manufacturing floor integrations, manage vendors, mentor junior admins, and drive infrastructure modernization and migrations.

Lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites, standardize processes and policies, ensure NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance, manage network, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity tools, mentor site IT Managers, oversee budgets, KPIs, projects, and vendor relationships to align IT with corporate objectives.

Maintain and administer core insurance systems, ensure data privacy compliance, manage change requests and vendor SLAs, support UAT and incident resolution, and document operational and security procedures.

The IT Project Manager will lead IT projects, manage budgets and schedules, ensure project scope meets business needs, and communicate with stakeholders.

Lead and manage internal audit engagements and team to execute the audit plan, assess controls and risks, report findings, track remediation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide coaching, hiring input, and adherence to audit methodology and ethics.

Drive Managed IT and Cybersecurity sales across an assigned territory by leading technical discovery, designing tailored infrastructure and security solutions, supporting the full sales cycle, enabling outside sales teams, and expanding account opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage proposals, SOWs, and post-sale transitions. Requires regular regional travel.
