Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Supports cybersecurity operations with a primary focus on identity and access management. Responsibilities include coordinating IAM activities, supporting identity services and access controls, maintaining documentation and procedures, tracking issues, assisting with requirements, and ensuring controls align with cybersecurity policies. The role serves as a liaison between IAM teams and Japanese stakeholders, requiring fluent written and spoken English and Japanese and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Lead and negotiate complex commercial and technology contracts (AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity); manage and develop a commercial contracting legal team; advise on legal technology and AI strategy; implement scalable AI-first contracting processes; collaborate with Procurement, Privacy, Infosec, and Legal Operations on technology acquisitions and governance.
