Lead sell-side contract negotiations and contract risk management for managed services engagements. Develop and enforce contract compliance, internal controls, and governance; translate contract provisions into guidance; collaborate with stakeholders to assess and mitigate operational and performance risks. Coach teams, drive process improvements, and represent PwC in complex commercial negotiations.

Provide assurance over clients' digital environments and digital assets by assessing controls, cybersecurity, data and AI systems, and governance. Build client relationships, mentor junior staff, deliver IT controls assurance engagements, and contribute to digital asset strategy and thought leadership.

Lead IT strategy and operations, overseeing network, communications, infrastructure, internal/external systems, IT staff and PM teams. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage end-to-end sales processes, establish relationships with clients, and grow sales in the Cybersecurity sector.

Provide privacy and cybersecurity legal support for transactional matters (M&A, licensing, financings, technology deals), draft and negotiate privacy/security policies and data processing agreements, counsel clients on federal, state, and international privacy compliance, and assist with breach response and regulatory matters. Work from Fenwick & West's Silicon Valley office.
