Provide hands-on onsite IT service desk support including workstation provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management with Intune, asset/inventory tracking, documentation, and escalation to senior IT staff while supporting multiple business divisions and occasional travel.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of infrastructure for integration, test, and engineering environments. Oversee networks, compute, storage, lab infrastructure, and platform engineering. Manage teams, enforce standards, drive IaC and automation, ensure availability and time-synchronized operations, coordinate test stand deployments and facility readiness, and maintain monitoring, incident response, and secure engineering data practices aligned with compliance and zero-trust requirements.

The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer will design and maintain cloud/in-premise infrastructure for defense tech, focusing on automation, security compliance, and disaster recovery.

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Produce SDLC artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, process models, use cases, wireframes), support solution design and telematics project delivery, mentor staff, and promote project governance from scope through implementation.
