Design, implement, and optimize hybrid datacenter and cloud infrastructure. Lead test stand deployments, manage networking (PTP/NTP), servers, virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud, IaC, backup/recovery, and security alignment with enterprise standards while supporting CI/CD and test operations.

Provide frontline and escalated end-user IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; manage incidents via ticketing system; administer AD/Entra ID and endpoint management; image and deploy devices; maintain asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and compliance; identify improvements and share knowledge across IT.

The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer will design and maintain cloud/in-premise infrastructure for defense tech, focusing on automation, security compliance, and disaster recovery.

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Produce SDLC artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, process models, use cases, wireframes), support solution design and telematics project delivery, mentor staff, and promote project governance from scope through implementation.
