Build relationships with CISOs, SOC leaders, and incident response teams; manage discovery through negotiation and close; apply MEDDPICC; maintain Salesforce forecasts; and develop territory strategy across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Guide healthcare professionals through app onboarding by making outbound calls, hosting consultations, answering messages and tickets, sending follow-ups, documenting interactions, and identifying worker-experience improvements. The role requires clear communication, organization, problem-solving, rapport-building, and weekday availability during U.S. Eastern Time. Prior onboarding, inside sales, customer support, or healthcare recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
