Lead the development of perception systems for autonomous VTOL aircraft, ensuring reliability and performance in real-world conditions. Responsibilities include system architecture, development, testing, and collaboration with hardware teams.

Design, implement, and optimize robotics and machine-control software for industrial additive manufacturing and automated production. Build real-time, reliable control systems integrating robots, sensors, vision, PLCs, and factory equipment. Lead architecture, troubleshoot integrations, improve throughput and uptime, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy production-ready automation solutions.

Lead architecture and development of manufacturing systems and integrations (MES, ERP, QMS, WMS). Build production factory software, define APIs/data models, establish engineering standards, ensure auditability/observability, and partner with cross-functional operations teams. Mentor engineers and operate hands-on as the first senior technical leader in a fast, regulated manufacturing environment.
