Lead user-centered design for homepage, navigation, and event experiences. Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for complex engineering tools, dashboards, data exploration systems, and AI-enhanced internal platforms. Responsibilities include customer research, user interviews, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, high-fidelity Figma designs, design systems, usability reviews, and collaboration with engineers implementing Vue-based applications. The role balances user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities while defining scalable interaction patterns and practical AI-integrated experiences.

The UX Visual Designer will enhance user experience by designing software and platforms, conducting research and usability testing, and creating prototypes and wireframes based on user needs.
