Lead commissioning projects for new, renovated, and existing buildings: develop commissioning plans, review designs, coordinate stakeholders, perform functional performance testing of MEP, controls, and life-safety systems, manage deficiencies and documentation, support owner turnover and training, and provide project status updates.

Manage switchgear, lighting, and gear projects from approval through completion, ensuring accurate delivery, profitability, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, estimating, accounting, purchasing, warehouse, customers, and vendors. Lead and evaluate Project Coordinators, resolve escalated issues, track project and financial metrics, assess risks, manage changes, and recommend process improvements.

Manage end-to-end proposal process: collect cost/schedule/performance inputs, produce and review proposal content and pricing worksheets, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Content and Digital teams, improve processes and templates, ensure quality and on-time RFP submissions, and support contract negotiations as needed.

Manages construction projects from planning through closeout, controlling scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts. Coordinates internal teams, contractors, clients, and management; maintains project documentation and financial reporting; develops schedules and critical paths; ensures regulatory and corporate compliance; identifies project risks and mitigation plans; and supports continuous process improvement.

Leads planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects involving engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Responsibilities include milestone and deliverable tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, technical design reviews, resource and budget planning, schedule management, project documentation, supplier relationship management, and process improvement. The role independently resolves complex issues, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, optimizes project management tools, and influences department-level decisions.

Manage and consult on IT projects within an automotive environment, liaising between business and IT to develop IT plans. Must lead large projects, leverage SAP expertise, work onsite in Anaheim for an 8-month contract starting ASAP. Japanese-English bilingual is a plus.
