Lead commissioning projects for new, renovated, and existing buildings: develop commissioning plans, review designs, coordinate stakeholders, perform functional performance testing of MEP, controls, and life-safety systems, manage deficiencies and documentation, support owner turnover and training, and provide project status updates.

Manage end-to-end proposal process: collect cost/schedule/performance inputs, produce and review proposal content and pricing worksheets, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Content and Digital teams, improve processes and templates, ensure quality and on-time RFP submissions, and support contract negotiations as needed.

Lead and manage administrative and operational projects supporting affiliate education and training. Supervise initiatives to improve quality, utilization, revenue cycle, and cost control. Serve as liaison among leadership, educators, clinical staff, and partners. Design, implement, and evaluate training and change management programs, applying Lean/Six Sigma and adult learning principles to increase adoption and optimize clinical workflows and patient care.

Manage and consult on IT projects within an automotive environment, liaising between business and IT to develop IT plans. Must lead large projects, leverage SAP expertise, work onsite in Anaheim for an 8-month contract starting ASAP. Japanese-English bilingual is a plus.

Plans and leads complex connectivity and software release projects, coordinating engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Owns schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, resources, budgets, documentation, and mitigation plans. Facilitates design reviews, resolves technical and allocation issues, improves project management processes, and trains teams on project tools. Influences cross-functional decisions while managing vendor relationships and competing priorities.
