Lead GTM strategy and operations for Global Sales: design segmentation, territory and coverage models, build data-driven investment cases, analyze funnel performance, own WBR/MBR cadence and dashboards, run cross-functional projects from PRD to launch, and champion AI and automation to increase sales productivity.

Lead and manage global operational workflows and compliance programs (e.g., Global Fonts, Player Data Compliance). Serve as central liaison between studios and corporate teams, manage vendor proposals and contract tracking, maintain tracking systems, deprecate high-risk assets, optimize processes using modern tools, and provide project management support for software migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration.

Lead GTM strategy and revenue operations for global Sales: design segmentation, territory and coverage models, analyze funnel and productivity, run WBR/MBR cadence, lead cross-functional programs, translate goals into technical requirements, and champion AI/automation to improve sales productivity and execution.

Manage regional clinical informatics staff and initiatives to implement, support, and optimize clinical applications and workflows. Partner with clinical and physician leaders to support nursing and interdisciplinary care, drive clinical transformation, change management, quality improvement, education, and resource management across care settings.

Lead AMS GTM planning and execution: fiscal modeling, headcount, quota and territory planning; design coverage models; monitor funnel, pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy; produce management reporting; drive deal velocity and process improvements; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support operating cadence for a hyper-growth sales organization.

Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams supporting public-health immunization systems. Remediate legacy infrastructure while designing an operations model for a new platform, manage vendor/tooling contracts and costs, ensure compliance and observability, define metrics and incident processes, and partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to align capacity and pricing.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.
