The role also mentors staff, supports audits and disaster recovery, evaluates security technologies, and maintains awareness of emerging vulnerabilities.

Build and maintain sales operations infrastructure for the Marketplace commercial team, including dashboards, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM administration, data quality, onboarding workflows, process automation, and business reporting. Partner with Finance, Analytics, Product, Account Management, and leadership to improve operating cadence, performance measurement, and growth insights in a fast-moving marketplace environment.

Manages branch operations and 25–50 employees while supporting the Branch Manager. Oversees workplace safety, regulatory compliance, staffing forecasts, recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll and timekeeping, asset usage, customer service, and employee development. Investigates incidents, implements preventive measures, maintains traffic-control credentials, supports business growth, manages customer relationships, and contributes to P&L and business planning while adhering to collective bargaining requirements.

Leads portfolio strategy, governance, planning, resource management, executive reporting, and analytics for technology, data, and AI initiatives in R&D. Builds dashboards, data models, automated reporting workflows, and portfolio intelligence to support prioritization and investment decisions. Partners with leadership and project teams to improve governance, data quality, reporting consistency, risk management, and value realization.

Leads daily GMP supply chain operations for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, kitting, point-of-use material issuance, logistics, cold-chain shipping, and 3PL oversight. Ensures cGMP/GDP compliance, ERP/WMS accuracy, inspection readiness, deviation and CAPA management, and inventory accuracy. Develops material operations teams, drives Lean improvements, coordinates with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and external partners, and supports audits and regulatory inspections.

Serve as a Workday subject matter expert to configure, test, and deploy HR system enhancements; maintain security roles and data governance; drive process automation; build advanced reports and dashboards; manage integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs, PECI); and lead HR technology initiatives cross-functionally to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
