Manages branch operations and 25–50 employees while supporting the Branch Manager. Oversees workplace safety, regulatory compliance, staffing forecasts, recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll and timekeeping, asset usage, customer service, and employee development. Investigates incidents, implements preventive measures, maintains traffic-control credentials, supports business growth, manages customer relationships, and contributes to P&L and business planning while adhering to collective bargaining requirements.

Owns and continuously improves company-wide employee onboarding from pre-boarding through Day 1. Partners cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, IT, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and HR teams to resolve issues, manage Workday workflows, ensure I-9, E-Verify, background-check, and compliance requirements, and deliver reporting and process enhancements. The role is primarily office-based or hybrid, with occasional travel to company offices for onboarding events.

Leads daily GMP supply chain operations for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, kitting, point-of-use material issuance, logistics, cold-chain shipping, and 3PL oversight. Ensures cGMP/GDP compliance, ERP/WMS accuracy, inspection readiness, deviation and CAPA management, and inventory accuracy. Develops material operations teams, drives Lean improvements, coordinates with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and external partners, and supports audits and regulatory inspections.

Oversee operations across multiple warehouses in the Los Angeles region, including inventory accuracy, safety, customer service, branch performance, compliance, budgeting, security, and asset protection. Develop business plans, establish and monitor KPIs, improve warehouse processes, and coach managers and supervisors. Collaborate with sales and internal teams, manage customer payment collection, and travel among branches to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.

Provide industrial engineering and project support across multiple Americold facilities to drive labor productivity, inventory control, and continuous improvement using engineered labor standards, WMS/RF scanning, incentives, dashboards, audits, and multisite project leadership. Coach operations teams, develop scopes and pricing models, evaluate MHE, and implement sustainment of process and cost improvements.
