Contract Product Designer responsible for product strategy and end-to-end UX/UI delivery: ideation, interaction and visual design, user research and testing, prototyping (including AI/LLM-powered rapid prototypes), UI architecture for web and devices, and presenting work to cross-functional teams.

Leads UX design direction for a medical device product area, owning design systems, accessibility, prototyping, and usability engineering. Plans formative and summative testing, conducts use-error analysis, and contributes human factors evidence for SaMD regulatory submissions. Partners with product, engineering, clinical, quality, and regulatory teams while mentoring designers and driving product strategy.

Own and improve UX/UI across TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa websites: define IA and interaction patterns, produce wireframes/prototypes, lead redesigns, enforce brand and content standards, run UX audits and analytics, and manage agency and developer handoffs.

Design end-to-end UX and UI for mobile apps, device interfaces, and cloud services in TP-Link's smart home ecosystem. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; contribute to design systems; collaborate with product and engineering; iterate using user data and usability feedback to simplify complex networking and IoT interactions.

Lead program-level UX design for streamer monetization: collaborate with product, engineering, and research; conduct qualitative and quantitative user research; prototype mobile experiences; iterate on solutions that boost engagement and revenue; present to stakeholders; and mentor junior designers.

Design and maintain product UI across web and mobile for a novel social platform: build design systems, produce production-ready specs, collaborate with engineering, and invent UX conventions for knowledge-graph interfaces, game-like progression, community governance, and an internal economy.
