Responsibilities include coordinating lender KYC/AML and due diligence, reviewing fund organizational documents, preparing and filing UCC financing statements, managing signature and closing processes, coordinating searches and certifications, tracking post-closing requirements, and maintaining transaction records. The role requires managing multiple concurrent transactions, collaborating across offices, and using tools such as Harvey, iManage Closing Folders, and DocuSign.

Supports the legal billing team by researching and resolving partner WIP, accounts receivable, on-account, and trust inventories. Reviews aging reports, coordinates balance applications, assists with write-offs and reconciliations, tracks escalated items, and collaborates with Finance, Collections, New Matters, and Pricing teams. The role also supports complex billing matters, communicates fee agreement details, and participates in ad hoc finance operations projects.

Supports aerospace program finance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned-value reporting, EAC preparation, pricing estimates, proposal cost volumes, and financial reporting. Maintains cost and schedule baselines, develops work breakdown structures and work authorization documents, analyzes financial data, and improves reporting processes and templates. Partners with program managers, finance teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports Production Finance reporting, financial modeling, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, data reconciliation, and process improvement. The intern will work across manufacturing, quality, material planning, logistics, accounting, and operations to improve financial visibility and automate spreadsheet-heavy workflows using tools such as NetSuite, Google Sheets, Excel, and NSAW.

Lead sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations for an OEM dealership. Manage complete deal lifecycle, drive profitability and KPIs, recruit and develop sales staff, ensure compliance with lender/OEM/regulatory requirements, oversee contract processing and funding, manage inventory and pricing strategies, build lender and OEM relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and analyze financial/performance reports to improve dealership results.

Provide interim and project-based accounting and finance support including full-cycle accounting, month-end close, SEC reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, ERP selection/implementation, SOX/compliance, post-merger integrations, process documentation/redesign, interim finance leadership, and cross-functional project management.
