Leads financial strategy and integrated business planning for the Engineered Cables division. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, capital allocation, operations finance, pricing and margin analysis, working capital, internal controls, ERP support, and global footprint decisions. The role partners with executive and operations leadership, manages multi-site FP&A teams, and develops talent through coaching and succession planning.

Lead sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations for an OEM dealership. Manage complete deal lifecycle, drive profitability and KPIs, recruit and develop sales staff, ensure compliance with lender/OEM/regulatory requirements, oversee contract processing and funding, manage inventory and pricing strategies, build lender and OEM relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and analyze financial/performance reports to improve dealership results.

Provide interim and project-based accounting and finance support including full-cycle accounting, month-end close, SEC reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, ERP selection/implementation, SOX/compliance, post-merger integrations, process documentation/redesign, interim finance leadership, and cross-functional project management.
