Provide interim and project-based accounting and finance support including full-cycle accounting, month-end close, SEC reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, ERP selection/implementation, SOX/compliance, post-merger integrations, process documentation/redesign, interim finance leadership, and cross-functional project management.

Lead sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations for an OEM dealership. Manage complete deal lifecycle, drive profitability and KPIs, recruit and develop sales staff, ensure compliance with lender/OEM/regulatory requirements, oversee contract processing and funding, manage inventory and pricing strategies, build lender and OEM relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and analyze financial/performance reports to improve dealership results.

Lead corporate finance, accounting, payroll, and purchasing functions. Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, internal controls, reporting, vendor relationships, and financial analysis to support growth. Oversee payroll compliance and vendor procurement, partner with external accountants, and conduct periodic site visits.
