Manage complete deal lifecycle, drive profitability and KPIs, recruit and develop sales staff, ensure compliance with lender/OEM/regulatory requirements, oversee contract processing and funding, manage inventory and pricing strategies, build lender and OEM relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and analyze financial/performance reports to improve dealership results.
