The Operations Manager will lead teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences, focusing on operational leadership, team development, and business performance in a hospitality setting.

The Operations Manager will oversee a contractor workforce, managing operations, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate data collection in a robotics environment.

Own and scale end-to-end physical-data collection operations: scheduling, operator utilization, station uptime, throughput and quality. Recruit and develop operators and shift leads, standardize playbooks and SOPs across sites, partner with Quality and Annotation teams, stand up partner-site deployments, and build reporting that tracks collected hours, quality, and cost.

Leads product, formulation, packaging, and SKU onboarding across master data and PLM systems. Defines data standards, hierarchies, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, and quality metrics; manages PLM operations, integrations, and system enhancements. Partners with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality, and IT to govern product lifecycle data. Manages and develops a small analyst team while building scalable processes and resolving data issues.

The Business Operations Manager will support key business functions, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in strategic planning and project management.

Manage revenue accounting processes including revenue recognition under ASC 606, oversee financial audits, and improve operational efficiencies within finance teams.

Lead People Operations programs to redesign and automate HR workflows, implement a tiered support model, run strategic people initiatives, and build operational playbooks. Use Jira Service Management and people data to monitor performance, surface trends, and drive cross-functional implementations with AI-enabled solutions.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.
