Set strategy, budgets, KPIs, and risk/compliance standards; manage ~11–15 staff with four direct reports; drive cross-domain coordination, incident response, and continuous operational improvement to enable world-class AI safety research.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service.
