Contract Business Analyst for capital markets supporting asset management/investment banking clients. Create functional specs, UAT/test cases, user cases; meet senior clients, present solutions, refine business processes, track project status. Require trade lifecycle knowledge and SDLC experience.

Develop and maintain full-stack .NET applications using REST/JSON. Perform database analysis, work with legacy VBA/Access systems, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, run meetings, and deliver under time constraints.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage IT Help Desk tickets, and maintain IT infrastructure. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Lead IT and operational audit engagements, perform SOX/ITGC testing, assess control deficiencies, support remediation and attestations, coordinate with external auditors, and advise IT/Finance on control improvements and emerging risks such as AI governance.

The IT Project Manager coordinates internal information system projects from initiation to delivery, overseeing planning, execution, and closure. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, team leadership, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1, resolving complex desktop, macOS, and network issues; provide high-touch support to executives; administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams); troubleshoot switches, wireless, and endpoint security; mentor Tier 1 staff; own root-cause diagnosis and ticket resolution; assist with equipment moves and occasional after-hours business-critical support.
