Develop data-driven and technology-enabled assurance practices, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with Japanese regulators and auditors. The role requires expertise in Japanese financial regulations, leadership of complex audits, and strong Japanese and English communication skills.

Provide hands-on technical consultancy and solution guidance to APJ customers using GitLab for DevSecOps workflows. Drive product adoption, implementation success, renewals, and expansion through architectural guidance, workshops, demos, and enablement. Partner with account teams, manage multiple customer engagements, document best practices, mentor customers and colleagues, and communicate effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English and full working rights in Japan.
