Lead proposals, negotiations, and account management for Lighting Division JOEM customers. Develop competitive pricing, coordinate with project teams and KAMs, manage budgets and sales targets, propose new products/solutions, handle claims/logistics/quality issues, and drive price adjustments and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead technical engagement for prospects in Japan: drive discovery, design solutions, deliver demos and POCs, support deployments and integrations, validate product value against competitors, influence roadmap, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Require bilingual communication and security domain expertise.
