Manage quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain the Quality Management System, and drive continuous improvement in quality projects.

Serve as the central quality contact for Elanco Japan affiliate: manage product quality issues (complaints, recalls, counterfeits), implement and monitor quality systems and Product Quality Manual, ensure GQP/GMP and local regulatory compliance, assess and manage GMP service providers and quality agreements, lead CAPA and self-assessments, oversee affiliate quality training, and collaborate/escalate to regional or corporate quality leadership as needed.

The QA Engineer will design tests for automotive/mobile projects, automate testing processes, analyze defects, and improve development workflows while collaborating with project teams.

Supervise the Production Support Quality team at the Fukushima plant, overseeing document release, nonconformance and complaint investigations, change control, incoming/finished product inspection, and QC laboratory testing. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and PMD Act, support stable production and supply, manage resources and people development, and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional initiatives.
