Improve ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and profitability through bid optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization. Analyze CAC, LTV, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace trends; maintain performance dashboards; recommend growth opportunities; and collaborate on launches, listings, conversion improvements, and omnichannel expansion.

Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calls, email, social media, and other outbound channels. Educate prospects about Employer of Record services, identify needs, schedule sales meetings or demos, maintain accurate CRM records, and support pipeline development.
