Designs and delivers onboarding, training, coaching, and enablement materials for global Business Development. Improves prospecting, qualification, meeting conversion, and pipeline via content, systems (Highspot, Attention), change management, and performance measurement.

Lead LatAm product regulatory compliance and risk for cross-border payments. Advise product teams on regulatory design, perform pre-launch and ongoing risk assessments, design controls, manage audits and remediation, represent Wise with banking partners and regulators, and deliver MI to inform regional and global decisions.

The Business Operations Analyst I conducts analyses to ensure operational efficiency, collaborates on process improvements, supports merchants, and manages contractual agreements.

The Account Advocate is responsible for managing complex billing and retention challenges, driving improvements, and mentoring junior staff to enhance customer experience and reduce churn.
