The Account Advocate is responsible for managing complex billing and retention challenges, driving improvements, and mentoring junior staff to enhance customer experience and reduce churn.

Process domestic and international payments, manage cash balances and FX impacts, resolve payment inquiries, follow financial controls and regulatory policies, identify process improvements, and train/mentor team members while supporting reconciliation and accounting.

Review SaaS contracts in Salesforce for ASC 606 issues; process and allocate subscription revenue in NetSuite using SSP and the Advanced Revenue Module; book month-end revenue entries and reconcile revenue subledgers to the GL; investigate and resolve reconciliation differences; coordinate with billings/collections, sales/deal desk, and external auditors; support revenue process improvements and automation projects.

Design, develop, and deploy high-volume, low-latency Java applications and microservices. Lead full development lifecycle, write testable code, manage releases, improve architecture, and support Agile/Scrum processes.

Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team by preparing and maintaining reports, analyzing performance metrics, developing Excel dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, tracking KPIs, coordinating schedules and documentation, and assisting with process improvements to optimize workflows.

Maintain and control pricing master data in SAP and Salesforce, manage pricing processes and rebates, support sales teams with pricing actions, ensure compliance with internal controls, provide SFDC pricing tool administration, and participate in global projects.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) across planning, execution, and settlement. Integrate TM with EWM, MM, SD, FI; run workshops, testing, go-live, and hypercare; advise on transportation processes and system enhancements; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project milestones.

Manage and optimize SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes, support implementations and updates, troubleshoot TRM issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
