Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues involving backend systems, databases, APIs, mobile apps, and integrations. Analyze logs, metrics, and error traces; query production databases; implement low-risk fixes; and escalate complex issues to Engineering. Track incidents through resolution, maintain runbooks, and communicate technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams while meeting support KPIs.

Own full enterprise sales cycle across the Americas for freight forwarders, LSPs, and BCOs. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and partnerships, manage complex deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure CRM hygiene.
