Design, build, and maintain a petabyte-scale market data lakehouse: capture/normalize exchange and vendor feeds, reconstruct order books, build batch/stream pipelines, manage Iceberg-over-S3 storage, develop tooling/SDKs, and ensure reliability/observability for research and trading.

Lead partner training and onboarding for a global ecosystem: deliver technical sessions on APIs, integrations, automation, and implementation best practices; own and improve the partner training academy and documentation; build learning paths and self-service resources; collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback and improve enablement; support pre-sales and become a trusted partner enablement contact.

Manage and grow institutional client relationships for OKX by driving sales, onboarding, product collaboration, upselling, and ensuring compliant, high-quality operational support.

Provide technical-sales support for the retail channel: run product trainings and demonstrations, support in-store events and merchandising, implement POS displays, promote professional tool ranges, coordinate with sales managers, manage own agenda, and drive a commercial van for territory coverage.

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic reseller and referral partnerships to drive new business. Negotiate alliance terms, define go-to-market plans, lead partner onboarding and initial client implementations, coordinate cross-functionally (product, operations, sales, legal), support technical due diligence and integration, and transition partners to Alliance Management for ongoing lifecycle and sales.

Respond to German- and English-speaking customers on administrative, billing, financing, contract and basic technical issues. Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Technical Service, provide first-level remote troubleshooting, document and escalate technical cases, follow cases to resolution, assist with subsidy documentation, and identify customer experience improvements.
