Build and own ElevenLabs’ influencer marketing channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, campaign planning, creative briefs, launch execution, performance measurement, attribution, budget decisions, and scalable operating systems. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to improve data quality, operational efficiency, customer journeys, and revenue growth through scalable systems and automated workflows.

Manage and grow relationships with Croatian boat owners, including key accounts and fleet operators. Responsibilities include improving availability, pricing, listing quality, response rates, booking conversion, and revenue performance. The role involves onboarding owners, preparing inventory for peak season, supporting marketplace projects, analyzing KPIs, and developing market intelligence across Croatia.
