Analyze customer and product data to provide strategic recommendations, lead executive business reviews, and demonstrate business impact. Serve as the customer voice internally while coordinating billing reviews, issue resolution, product feedback, and process improvements.

Own OpenArt’s X strategy and growth from the ground up. Build an AI creator community through content, challenges, Spaces, showcases, experiments, and organic engagement. Identify conversations and influencers across AI and creator communities, drive followers, traffic, signups, and advocacy, and analyze performance. Monitor sentiment, user feedback, competitors, and emerging trends, translating insights into recommendations for product, growth, and marketing teams.

Own partner services operations including SOWs, invoicing, renewals, access governance, capacity planning, and audit-ready documentation. Build AI-powered workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and customer health analyses supporting TAM, Solutions, Support, and Partner Services. Analyze operational data, identify risks and opportunities, support retention initiatives, and execute cross-functional programs while driving adoption of new tools and processes.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Liquid Staking/Restaking products. Drive development, launch, and growth by collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing. Gather stakeholder and user feedback, perform competitive and market research, and prioritize data-driven product improvements to increase adoption and differentiation.

Own the end-to-end accounting function across three entities, including GAAP-compliant close and reporting, intercompany accounting, technical accounting, controls, cash, AP/AR, and the transition from outsourced accounting. Lead migration from QuickBooks Online to a multi-entity ERP, improve processes through automation and AI tools, partner with finance leadership, and eventually build and manage an offshore accounting team.
