The Technical Support Engineer provides enterprise-level support to customers by diagnosing and resolving technical/application issues, managing customer interactions, documenting solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Information Security Analyst III will implement and automate security controls in the software development process, collaborate with SOC and engineering teams on security incidents, perform forensic investigations and analysis, and create guidance documents for investigations.
