Provide Level 2 application support for internal and customer-facing file transfer, distribution, and batch processing systems; handle incidents, problem management, changes, documentation, root cause analysis, on-call/shift duties, and process improvements.

Lead and own development of the iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI. Build scalable UI and state management, integrate real-time WebSocket data, implement native features (push, secure storage, background tasks), manage provisioning and App Store releases, and collaborate with backend and product to optimize UX and performance.

Provide frontline Tier 1 technical support: diagnose and resolve common computer issues, manage ticket queues, document work, meet CSAT/QA targets, leverage AI tools, escalate complex issues to Tier 2, and work rotating shifts including weekends.
