Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of corporate and B2B accounts, particularly within the IT hardware and infrastructure space. This role combines key account management with proactive business development efforts, focusing on medium to large enterprises including MNCs. This is a full-time, fully on-site role (5 days/week).
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in direct B2B sales, specifically in selling AV systems, IT hardware solutions (e.g., networking equipment, servers, infrastructure components), or workplace-related services, with solid experience in managing complex tender processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing key corporate accounts by understanding their needs, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to expand market presence, with a strong focus on mid to large enterprises and MNCs.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, including tender submissions and contract negotiations.
- Promote and propose tailored solutions that may include AV technologies, network infrastructure, and workplace fit-out or tenant solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to craft customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Monitor account performance and sales metrics to ensure targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the IT hardware, AV, and WTS markets, including competitive landscape and emerging trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline activity, account performance, and market feedback to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in IT hardware, AV solutions, or workplace/tenant services.
- Demonstrated success managing corporate or MNC clients in the Philippines market.
- Solid understanding of sales tender processes, RFPs, and procurement workflows.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, or workspace solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
