As a Client Services Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of client-facing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery standards while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leveraging AI tools for improved reporting and insights.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams. Implement and maintain high-quality TypeScript and React code. Use Linear for project tracking, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve development processes. Occasionally attend office meetings while primarily remote.

Supervise accounts payable operations, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, evaluate and standardize internal controls, reconcile discrepancies, prepare AP aging and payment/funding reports, process 1099s, assist auditors, and train onboarding AP staff.

Coordinate international shipments, manage export/import documentation and compliance, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, audit invoices, maintain shipping records, and proactively resolve shipment disruptions across global time zones.

Support monthly close and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, treasury accounting, US ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and SEC reporting support. Drive process improvements, maintain internal controls, and coordinate audits while collaborating with finance, controllership, treasury, legal, and HR teams.

Lead global HR operations across India, Southeast Asia and Africa: own recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance cycles, standardize contracts/policies, manage HR systems, support payroll coordination, lead talent acquisition and employer branding, build scalable onboarding, and drive culture, engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across a distributed workforce during rapid expansion.

Manage weekly billing for China-based brand accounts: consolidate billing data from multiple systems, produce and check invoices against contracts, submit for approval, and communicate with stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking customers to resolve queries.

Provide technical support and process optimization for soldering across SMT, wave and selective lines. Troubleshoot printing and reflow issues, train staff, run evaluations, document results in CRM, support product development and beta sites, and travel to customer locations as required.

The role involves managing complex customer support tickets, improving support processes, collaborating across teams, and analyzing support metrics.

Design and model drainage systems (pipe networks, channels, basins), perform hydrologic/hydraulic and water quality assessments, produce reports and calculations, prepare drawings, coach junior staff, and ensure designs meet applicable standards using industry software and CAD tools.
