Perform CMS and code updates, implement conversion tracking, analyze performance for reporting, use SEO tools and generative AI to create search-friendly content, and participate in sprint planning and client meetings.

Manage affiliate partnerships and campaign optimization, maintain partner communications and onboarding, monitor performance metrics, implement Email and SMS campaigns, escalate and document partner issues, execute optimization tasks, analyze reports in Google Sheets/Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate and campaign performance.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for startup/scaleup clients: architect and build full-stack apps in TypeScript/Node/React, write production code, run sprint demos, manage client communication, scope engagements, set code standards, and use AI-assisted dev tools daily.
