Maintain and configure servers, networking components, and monitoring for high-availability video streaming and AI workloads. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and field teams, automate diagnostics, and maintain technical documentation.

Design, customize, configure, test, and deploy NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, and integrations. Implement enhancements, ensure data integrity and system performance, support reporting and change management, and align NetSuite with business requirements while guiding process improvements and deployments.

Manage and maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth: data integrity, deduplication, custom properties, and lifecycle stages. Build workflows, sequences, and automations; coordinate pipeline updates with origination and partner teams. Produce funnel reports and dashboards, manage list segmentation and campaign audiences, and support member onboarding flows.

Partner with sales and product teams to discover customer needs, deliver customized product demonstrations, and provide technical presales expertise. Drive solution alignment, handle presales inquiries, and relay customer feedback to product development while staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
