The Enterprise Account Executive will manage and grow enterprise accounts, foster relationships, exceed sales targets, and lead large transactions. They will align business plans with customer priorities and use strategic insights to drive customer success.

Provide day-to-day support and user training for SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes, assist with pricing configuration, troubleshoot tickets, support system maintenance, and collaborate on SD feature implementations and fixes.

Own end-to-end paid search for multiple D2C Shopify brands across Google and Microsoft. Plan, build, test, optimise and scale Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns. Monitor ROAS/CPA/CTR, ensure accurate conversion tracking (GA4, Google tags, Microsoft UET), manage budgets, run continuous testing, and deliver regular performance reporting. Work cross-functionally with creative, CRO and analytics teams and use AI/automation to streamline reporting and account management.

Execute daily data entry, analysis, validation, and corrections in the Annex 24 system to ensure IMMEX compliance and traceability of temporary imported inventory. Maintain inventory control, manage customs documentation (Pedimentos), use ERP and Annex 24 software, and apply intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Support Annex 31 tasks as needed.

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, training, HRIS administration, employee relations and investigations, recruitment, benefits administration, recordkeeping, leave tracking, and HR projects. Provide employee support, ensure policy compliance, and work a flexible schedule with regular afternoon and night-shift presence.

Lead development of scalable Ruby on Rails applications: architect solutions, mentor junior developers, collaborate with product/design/QA, own features end-to-end, maintain code quality with testing, CI and static analysis, and build/document REST APIs.

Manage onboarding, account management, and first-line support for a SaaS asset management platform. Lead customization and end-user training, run quarterly account calls to prevent churn, collect product feedback for the product team, and work inbound via phone, email, and video conference to drive customer adoption.

Lead hotel sales and marketing: develop and manage plans, budgets, campaigns, and PR; grow occupancy and average rate; manage and train sales team; coordinate with corporate sales and F&B to generate high-yield business and community engagement; report monthly to corporate office.
