Own and scale Nango’s cloud platform, including compute, networking, data infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, and GitOps. Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, productize provisioning and upgrades, establish SLOs and incident processes, operate PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse, and oversee infrastructure security and compliance. Operate, maintain, and expand SIP proxy infrastructure; troubleshoot escalated telephony and network issues; analyze traffic and anomalies; respond to critical alerts; develop monitoring, alerting, QA, and logging tools; coordinate deployments and maintenance; support interconnections; and guide software developers on telephony feature implementation.

Build and maintain MedMe’s Platform API and healthcare integrations with pharmacy networks, health authorities, and practice management systems. Deliver integration work end to end, participate in pairing, code reviews, and design discussions, and improve service reliability, observability, and maintainability. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Instacart, and other retail media channels. Improve ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and profitability through bid optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization. Analyze CAC, LTV, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace trends; maintain performance dashboards; recommend growth opportunities; and collaborate on launches, listings, conversion improvements, and omnichannel expansion.

Design and optimize Databricks Lakehouse architectures and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Build Spark and Delta Lake workflows for structured and unstructured data, tune performance and cloud costs, and integrate MLflow for AI model operationalization. Implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code deployments, enforce governance and security through Unity Catalog, and collaborate with client leaders to deliver production-ready data and AI solutions.

Own revenue operations strategy for a specific go-to-market function, building automations, standardized processes, dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with sales, data, product, and leadership teams to improve revenue generation, decision-making, and operational effectiveness. Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, test workflows and experiments, and deliver actionable recommendations in a fast-paced global technology company.
