Conduct phone presentations to existing vacation owners, build trust, promote Worldmark travel benefits, and close sales using prequalified leads. The role includes advanced sales training, objection handling, and participation in a goal-oriented call center environment. Candidates need commission-based sales experience, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to obtain a timeshare agent license.

Owns high-value custom travel requests from initial inquiry through proposal, sale, booking, and upsell opportunities across Italy, Southern Europe, and Africa. Advises clients and travel advisors, coordinates with regional experts, maintains accurate portfolio and booking data, identifies operational risks, analyzes trends, improves workflows, and leads efficiency initiatives. The role also includes mentoring colleagues, supporting onboarding, and contributing to cross-regional projects.

Supports MES-to-PLC integrations, PLC programming, HMI and industrial network troubleshooting, real-time production reporting, and automation reliability in a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment. Maintains MES data, PLC tags, logic, product structures, and quality workflows; collaborates with engineering and production teams; supports launches, upgrades, audits, root cause investigations, and process improvements.

Own the quota experience across Nebius AI Cloud, including product vision, roadmap, policies, automation, lifecycle management, and capacity tools. Partner with customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and deliver measurable improvements. Collaborate on APIs, control-plane systems, resource models, and policy enforcement while improving quota requests, approvals, adjustments, and communication. The role requires strong technical, analytical, customer discovery, and stakeholder management skills.

Own escalated Tier 2 customer support issues involving platform, network, hardware, connectivity, cameras, and software. Troubleshoot Linux and IoT systems, reproduce and document bugs, collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, maintain support documentation, identify systemic reliability improvements, and participate in on-call rotations.

Provides advanced technical support for backend, integration, database, configuration, and performance issues in cloud and self-hosted environments. Troubleshoots Java web applications, APIs, databases, Linux systems, networking, Kubernetes, and customer environments. Investigates logs, queries, metrics, and application behavior; develops scripts and workarounds; reproduces and documents defects; supports escalations and on-call incidents; and collaborates with Engineering and Product on resolutions and documentation.

Administer and improve enterprise Microsoft SQL Server platforms, particularly Azure-hosted workloads. Responsibilities include provisioning, high availability and disaster recovery, backup and recovery, performance tuning, security, patching, migrations, automation, documentation, production support, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong SQL Server internals, T-SQL, Always On Availability Groups, Azure IaaS, monitoring, and operational discipline.

Design, build, maintain, and evolve automated testing frameworks and reusable tools for backend, API, frontend, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows, collaborate with QA engineers and developers, apply software engineering best practices, and use AI-assisted tools to improve testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery processes.

Drive new business and expand Auth0 adoption by managing complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, building territory plans, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, collaborating with SDRs/Presales/Customer Success, and closing revenue while traveling to meet customers.
