You Will:Help REVER attract and recruit top 1% international talent to scale the team across departments and geographies.
Own the sourcing and outreach process across different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for roles in tech, business, operations, and more.
Coordinate screening calls and guide candidates through our recruitment process with a great candidate experience mindset.
Support the team in creating compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
Be the first touchpoint of REVER’s culture and represent our mission and values to the outside world.
Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and leadership to understand each team’s needs and priorities.
Help design and improve internal recruitment processes and reporting.
0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or People roles (internships welcome!).
Passion for sourcing, networking, and spotting top performers.
Drive and ambition to scale one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe.
A hands-on, proactive attitude with high ownership.
Fluency in English (other languages like Spanish, French or German are a big plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A team-player mindset who is excited about building from scratch.
