Lead and evolve onboarding and ongoing enablement for Support in Manila: own a 6-week onboarding, facilitate in-person training, build scalable learning paths (live and async), use enablement tools, partner cross-functionally, measure success with CSAT/QA/ramp metrics, and iterate programs based on data.
