Manage project finance and accounting compliance, including multi-GAAP reporting (PRC, IFRS, US GAAP), revenue recognition, month/ year-end close, audits, internal controls, ERP support, and supervise assistant accountants to ensure accurate project profitability and financial reporting.

Provide Tier 1 product and technical support across email, SMS, phone and video. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate and vet product-related problems, create and maintain documentation, train teams, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and relay customer feedback to improve the product and processes.

Respond to customer tickets (written and occasional calls), guide customers on nutrition, subscriptions, and orders, track/document responses, stay current on product/promotions, handle potential future inbound calls, and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Lead audit and accounting tasks for multi-entity renewable energy operations including audit procedures, month-end close, GL entries, technical accounting memos, GAAP/IFRS financial reporting, covenant and financing oversight, control testing, and vendor/treasury compliance.
