Contact and qualify highly qualified prospects, log call details in Salesforce, schedule Strategy Sessions for Advisors, manage email/voicemail follow-up, and meet daily dialing and booking targets.

Design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines; ensure system reliability and security; provide Level 1 sysadmin support (on-call rotation); monitor performance and implement improvements; collaborate with global developers, QA, and IT to streamline deployments and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

Own AEO/SEO across altimate.ai properties: technical on-page optimization, structured data, site architecture, and AI-answer engine optimization. Build off-site promotion and backlink strategy, measurement stack, and run technical SEO audits. Manage digital marketing operations including publishing engineering content, webinars, and email programs (SendGrid/HubSpot). Build agentic AI workflows to automate SEO monitoring, reporting, and marketing operations.

Provide second-level technical support for partner integrations, troubleshoot and analyze issues, perform integration protocol testing, monitor systems using tools like Elastic/Dynatrace/Grafana, work with XML/JSON and REST APIs, and deliver excellent customer service across shift schedules.

Prepare end-of-year financial statements and complex Australian tax returns (all entity types); lodge BAS/IAS; research and draft tax advice; review junior staff work; mentor team members; liaise with clients and ATO; support management reporting, cashflow forecasting and ad-hoc advisory projects.
