The Manager of National & SME Growth will lead subscriber acquisition and audience growth initiatives, focusing on paid media strategies and data-driven decision-making to optimize growth across various channels and partnerships.

Build and own full-stack features from design to deployment using Ruby on Rails, Angular and TypeScript. Design and optimise MySQL schemas, contribute to trunk-based workflows, write automated tests, maintain legacy Angular apps, mentor teammates, and leverage CI/CD and AI tools to improve delivery and quality.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Professional Services projects globally: set up and close projects in Workday and Anaplan, run month- and week-end reporting (utilization, billing, bookings), monitor hours/budgets/compliance, escalate issues, drive automation using approved AI tools, and coordinate across AMER, EMEA, and APAC while working Manila hours.

Design, implement, and support client network and security infrastructures with focus on Cisco and Palo Alto. Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, configure VPNs and routing (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP), document datacenter and network designs, train peers, handle escalations and on-call rotations, and support project and BAU work for MSP/financial services clients.

Perform red-team penetration tests on mobile network environments (5G and legacy), identify vulnerabilities across signaling, userplane and management interfaces, develop proofs-of-concept, propose mitigations, present reports to customers, and contribute product improvements based on field feedback.
