Develops, implements, and manages training programs and certification processes for manufacturing employees. Conducts needs assessments, creates instructional materials, delivers in-person and virtual training, tracks certifications, evaluates training effectiveness, maintains training records, ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA/ISO/IATF), and supports onboarding.

Own and evolve the security product end-to-end: API, UI, data contracts, and ingestion. Integrate telemetry from diverse sources, shape enriched entities and alerts, drive architecture and standards, mentor engineers, and operate autonomously to deliver production-grade, scalable security features.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for a high-volume healthcare research book, translate client needs into tailored proposals, coordinate sales-to-operations handovers, handle in-flight clarifications, track pipeline in Salesforce, and support account booking and margin targets.
