Design and run the paid media project management operating system: build capacity planning, creative workflow, creator sourcing, and standardized client onboarding. Own ClickUp templates, automations, dashboards, landing page builds with AI, creator negotiations, QA, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery across ~25–30 paid accounts.

Design and deliver end-to-end UX/UI and brand systems for multiple DTC e-commerce clients. Create wireframes, scalable UI systems, and high-fidelity Figma mockups for Shopify/Shopify Plus stores, lead handoffs with developers, apply CRO and accessibility best practices, and drive AI-enabled process improvements to speed production and improve quality.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendars, drive projects, support key meetings, handle communications, and partner on business priorities.

Act as liaison between clients and project teams to elicit business requirements, convert them into data-driven and AI use cases, coordinate data architecture, modeling, engineering and science efforts, facilitate agile ceremonies, support testing and UAT, monitor project progress, and document user manuals and training materials.

Lead and execute functional/system integration testing for learning technology releases. Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and validation documentation; manage defects to resolution; coordinate release activities and resources; report test metrics; and collaborate with business owners, IT, and HR to ensure compliant, high-quality deployments.

Source, engage, and evaluate top sales talent through market research and advanced sourcing. Manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
