Responsibilities
We are looking for a business analyst (BA) who will primarily serve as a liaison between our clients and project resources. The major responsibilities of a BA will include but not limited to;
1- Engage actively with clients to elicit and analyze business requirements.
2- Transform business requirements into data driven and AI powered use cases.
3- Engage with technical leads and subject matter experts to devise data architectures.
4- Work with data engineers to align data architectures with business requirements.
5- Work with data modelers to build conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
6- Work with data scientists to implement AI powered use cases.
7- Assist quality assurance engineers to ensure smooth testing of data architectures.
8- Facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-up, review and retrospective.
9- Assist in monitoring project progress and taking necessary corrective actions as required.
10- Provide status updates to clients and business stakeholders at frequent intervals.
11- Assist in user acceptance testing and obtaining formal acceptance of project deliverables.
12- Document user manuals, training materials and other project artifacts upon requirement.
Qualification and Experience
1- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
2- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
3- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
4- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5- Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements from multiple perspectives.
6- Knowledge about project management methodologies especially agile practices.
7- Experience in data science and machine learning projects is a plus.
8- Relevant trainings and certifications preferred.
Skills Required
