Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic enterprise customers, focusing on transforming and importing complex investment data. Advise on optimal data structures, negotiate scope/timelines with executives, escalate and resolve high-risk engagements, mentor junior onboarding managers, and build scalable AI-supported workflows and tooling to automate and improve onboarding processes.

Participate in a finance trainee program to eventually manage local finance operations, focusing on accounting, compliance, budgeting, and risk management.
