Provide legal counsel on data protection, AI governance, and technology contracts. Draft and negotiate SaaS/IaaS/cloud agreements and DPAs, conduct DPIAs and risk assessments, advise on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, support incident response, develop policies and training, liaise with regulators and external counsel, and oversee data and information security governance.

The role partners with Product and engineering teams to define success metrics and guide technical direction.

Own the commercial and strategic health of a portfolio of SaaS accounts, including renewals, expansion, upselling, QBRs, account planning, stakeholder relationships, and client communication. Partner with Customer Success Technical Managers to align platform usage with account strategy. Maintain accurate account documentation and proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and retention.

Design, develop, and operate scalable backend systems for real-time alerting and observability. Own features from architecture through deployment, solve distributed-systems challenges, and build highly available streaming applications processing millions of events per second. Collaborate with engineering and product teams while applying strong practices in data modeling, monitoring, incident management, and fault-tolerant system design.

Own product and infrastructure security across fintech products and cloud environments. Lead threat modeling, architecture reviews, secure code reviews, vulnerability management, bug bounty operations, CI/CD security scanning, IAM and secrets management, and security standards. Partner directly with engineering leadership to identify and remediate critical vulnerabilities across backend services, APIs, frontends, Solana programs, and infrastructure.

Lead the engineering function on a remote consulting mission by setting technical direction, managing and mentoring engineers, driving the roadmap, overseeing complex delivery, improving engineering practices, and partnering with product and business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural judgment, agile expertise, and evaluation of emerging technologies including cloud, AI, and blockchain.
