Senior Technical Account Manager for Workforce Identity supporting large strategic enterprise customers. Serve as trusted technical advisor, design identity strategies, resolve complex escalations, drive Okta adoption and security posture, mentor peers, create repeatable assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence customer outcomes and expand platform usage.

Measure success via NPS, CSAT and renewal rates.

Own QA end-to-end for web and mobile products: test strategy, manual exploratory testing, and maintain automated AI-assisted test suites. Test AI features, research AI testing tools, write actionable bug reports, and communicate release readiness and risks to the team.

Designs, develops and implements production processes and equipment layouts for efficient mass manufacture. Creates operation sequences, specifies tooling, tests and troubleshoots production, guides product design for manufacturability, trains staff, leads daily operations, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Provide accounting and operational support for U.S. short-term rental properties: record transactions, manage AP/AR and reconciliations, prepare owner statements, coordinate property onboarding/offboarding, support owners and vendors, handle OTA chargebacks, maintain documentation, and help improve SOPs and workflows.

Lead automation strategy and ownership of E2E and integration test coverage using Cypress. Shape and run the bug triage-to-fix lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data, drive process improvements, perform exploratory testing on web and mobile, and leverage AI tools to increase QA efficiency and coverage.

Lead plant cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, CAPEX, and month/quarter/year-end cost closings. Ensure U.S. and Mexican GAAP and SOX compliance, drive cost reduction and process improvements, partner with Operations and Finance leadership, support audits, and manage and develop the Finance team.
