Own end-to-end recruiting for Mexico: source, screen, schedule interviews, maintain ATS and candidate pipelines, manage offers/negotiations, and partner with external agencies to hire data science, analytics, and engineering talent.

Manage a portfolio of core accounts to drive retention and adoption through standardized engagement campaigns and automation. Monitor account health, respond to support issues, run adoption and upsell programs, collaborate with product/implementation/support, and maintain account records and engagement metrics. Maintain project plans, schedules, tickets and reports; schedule meetings; communicate status and action items; identify issues and process improvements; collaborate with regional teams and SDMs/Project Managers to deliver metrics and insights.

Manage end-to-end grower settlement process across regions: reconcile settlements, process grower payments, generate and reconcile supplier bills, handle corrections, maintain consolidated reports, and communicate settlement status with growers and internal teams.

Provide broad legal support for Mexico and Latin America as embedded subsidiary counsel: draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts; manage litigation, regulatory and compliance matters; coordinate with TPCi Legal and outside counsel; develop templates and guidance; and partner with cross‑functional teams. Serve as primary legal contact for the Mexico subsidiary, exercising independent judgment and escalating high‑risk or novel issues.

Coordinate pre- and post-production for marketing audiovisual assets across platforms. Manage project plans, schedules, version control, approvals, technical compliance, and status reporting. Partner with Creative, Production, Editing, and Content teams to meet deadlines, improve workflows, and support events, including availability outside regular hours when needed.

Manage customer program implementation through contract manufacturing: schedule and oversee hardware fabrication, coordinate supply chain and planners, resolve cross-functional issues, track NPI and sustaining programs, handle PO and invoicing, and ensure on-time, on-budget contractual deliveries.
