Support product development, validation, and engineering changes across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure production readiness, investigate issues, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, review drawings/specs, optimize designs for manufacturability, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.

Provide technical customer support and data analysis for Verato customers: troubleshoot tickets, analyze data trends, document solutions, test product functionality, monitor support metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive resolutions and identify upsell opportunities.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrations on Microsoft Azure. Implement Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for synchronous and asynchronous workflows. Support inherited enterprise applications, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and apply Azure security and DevOps best practices while collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams.

Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises CyberArk PAS components (EPV, PSM, CPM, PTA). Integrate CyberArk with AD/LDAP, SIEM, and cloud platforms. Automate onboarding and credential rotation, tune performance, troubleshoot vault/session issues, perform upgrades and hardening, and provide SME support, governance, and mentorship.

Provide L2 support for applications, services, and infrastructure; manage incidents and communications; verify and document bugs; collaborate with software engineering on support workflows, monitoring, and code reviews; participate in shift rotations and on-call for high-severity incidents; partner with vendors to resolve service events.
