Support product development, validation, and engineering changes across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure production readiness, investigate issues, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, review drawings/specs, optimize designs for manufacturability, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.

Designs and builds scalable systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing university data. Implements and maintains a data lake, readies data environments for AI, ensures security and governance, provides technical support, develops data transformation/validation algorithms, and participates in system upgrades and project implementation.

Performs accounts payable transactional processing, resolves exceptions, prepares management reporting, completes reconciliations, and prepares audit workpapers. May perform additional duties as assigned.

Lead and mentor a regional team of Solutions Engineers and managers across Latin America to drive technical sales strategy, engage CXO-level customers, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and accelerate Service Provider market expansion and profitable execution.

Serve as the primary technical support contact for largest enterprise customers, managing escalations, SLA adherence, implementation troubleshooting, account reviews, release readiness, cross-team collaboration, reporting, and advising on platform configuration and best practices to ensure high client satisfaction.

Support planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and digital campaigns. Manage marketing automation, email programs, landing pages, lead tracking, localization/translation, campaign performance reporting, and alignment with sales and product teams across Mexico, Brazil, and North America.
