Designs and governs enterprise application security architectures across cloud-native, microservices, API, and containerized environments. Leads security architecture reviews, threat modeling, secure SDLC and DevSecOps integration, risk assessments, compliance alignment, and remediation guidance. Develops security standards and reference architectures, partners with engineering and enterprise architecture teams, mentors security professionals and developers, and contributes to application security strategy and roadmap initiatives.

Supports PMO and services operations across multiple projects by setting up and maintaining systems, coordinating resources, tracking budgets and invoices, auditing data, updating forecasts and timelines, supporting governance, and conducting charge analysis. The role collaborates with consultants, project teams, operations, and finance to maintain accurate project records and ensure timely, accurate invoicing in a remote technical environment.

Close net new ARR and win international mid-market, enterprise, and strategic technology accounts. Manage inbound, founder-led, and outbound sales motions; partner with founders and the Barcelona AE team on deal strategy; help develop international sales playbooks; and provide feedback on ICP, messaging, and pricing while opening new markets.

Run the SMB sales motion across DACH: qualify inbound leads, run discovery and demo calls, manage full ~30-day sales cycle, close deals, maintain HubSpot pipeline, collaborate with BDR, product and onboarding, and provide market feedback to refine SMB playbook.
