Provide timely, courteous support to Palmstreet users via mobile and desktop; track and record issues, summarize customer cases and trends, contribute to SOPs, resolve technical app issues, and continuously learn to improve service.

Manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for assigned customers; serve as primary contact, monitor usage and success metrics, mitigate churn risks, and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.

Use AI-assisted tools responsibly, maintain CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and design.

Lead grant strategy and execution: research, write, submit, and manage grants; ensure compliance and reporting; track grant revenue and outcomes; build and steward funder and community partnerships; coordinate contractors, recognition submissions, legislative engagement, and strategic projects that support population health and organizational priorities.

Lead a high-performing data engineering team to deliver scalable data solutions, drive architectural decisions, and integrate emerging technologies like AI into data workflows.

Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential sellers, create content to attract customers, and guide new sellers through onboarding processes.

Lead end-to-end client-facing functions: acquire new clients through outbound sales, manage onboarding and ongoing account success, own revenue targets, optimize processes, analyze metrics, and coordinate with recruiting/operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Initiate contact with potential customers, assess needs, document interactions, and transfer qualified leads to licensed agents. Provide professional, empathetic multi-channel customer support while using internal systems and Microsoft Office to capture accurate lead information.
